The Department of Biostatistics and Medical Informatics provides an exciting workplace for biostatisticians, computer scientists, and clinical trialists. There exists an already large faculty base and extensive staff who are well established in their areas. In addition, there are over 50 graduate students in statistics/biostatistics or computer science/informatics.
