PROJECTS

Current SAPA projects include:

GuardCare- A partnership effort including UW-M
SAPA, WI Army National Guard, WI Division of Public
Health, WI State Lab of Hygiene, and Marquette
Dental School. In August of 1999, we will be
volunteering our time and skills in this free public
health clinic in NW Wisconsin for one week. Clinic
targets population which is uninsured, underinsured and
or underserved for preventive health services.

South Madison Clinic- Student PA's as well as medical
students staff this free clinic on Saturday's throughout
the year. Under the supervision of community
physicians we treat many common minor conditions and
provide counseling.

Habitat for Humanity- SAAPA benefit Run/Walk at
Vilas Park, on Saturday March 20th was a huge
success with over $1800 raised for HFH.
